Q: Why do I have to spend more than $25, when I just want one item?

A: At this point, we are still expanding our business. We do not have the means to facilitate a delivery for total purchase of under $25 at this point in time. We thank you for your patience and we look forward to the day we can! The best we can do is offer the freshest fruit at a competitive price, please don't hesitate to contact us for any more questions. 

Q: Why can't I order my fruit to be delivered before 24hrs (or for the next morning)?

A: HWY FRUITS sources your fresh fruit DAILY, therefore to ensure you receive 'the freshest' fruit available we need to prepare ourselves to source your order first thing the next morning. Thats why you cannot order closer than 24hrs from your purchase time.

Q: What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

A: We encourage you to have someone home during the selected delivery time, HOWEVER we do understand that life sometimes gets in the way so PLEASE leave us instructions to place the fruit in a secure place upon delivery just in case this happens.

Q: I want to order fruit for an event an few weeks time, why can't I order delivery past one week from today?

A: We understand that you may want to prepare and plan ahead for those special occasions! However, because we can't predict what fruit may be available at the time of processing and dispatch of your order we can only cater within the current fruit market week available.
